Why they want to pack the Court:

Ask yourself this: Would any Democrat support the president's court-packing scheme if they believed Republicans would win both Houses and the presidency? Of course not. It's Calvinball all the way down. And it is a court-packing scheme. An unconstitutional one. One imagines the term "court-packing" hasn't polled very well with the public, so President Joe Biden -- or whoever's running the White House these days -- signed off on a backdoor plan. An 18-year term limit for justices would, very conveniently, turn a 6-3 originalist majority into a 6-3 "living and breathing document" majority that would overturn many recent decisions, and rubber stamp a slew of federal abuses. One might argue it's all just an election gimmick, since the chances of the reform package passing are close to nil. That's not the point. The Left has normalized the notion that the Supreme Court is both illegitimate and corrupt if it fails to bend to the will of partisans.

The results indicate that the LLMs predominantly produced answers categorized as ‘Progressive,’ ‘Democratic,’ and ‘Green.‘ The use of AI in products such as search engines has raised concerns, particularly amid accusations from figures like former President Donald J. Trump and Elon Musk that it could interfere in elections. Elon Musk posted a screenshot of a search for ‘President Donald Trump‘ on X (formerly Twitter) which suggested ‘President Donald Duck’ and ‘President Ronald Reagan’ instead. Similar experiences ae reported by X users who claim they receive news about Kamala Harris while searching for Donald Trump.Previously, Google‘s Gemini caused controversy by refusing to generate images of white people, as well as generating images of ethnic minorities in historically inappropriate contexts—like when asked to depict a Viking. Adobe’s Firefly has engaged in similar historical revisionism, depicting ‘America’s Founding Fathers’ as black and depicting soldiers in Adolf Hitler’s army as racially diverse, among other inaccuracies.

It’s a question that has been asked a lot over the years. Back in 2020, when he was running for president, it came up repeatedly. But that was during America’s pandemic madness, which gave Biden a veneer of plausibility for being holed up in his basement. He doesn’t have that excuse anymore, so where is he? Not out and about. Do you see him on TV? A Wall Street Journal issue this week, to cite just one token of the situation, didn’t mention Biden in a headline until the bottom of Page 13. Even then, it was coupled to the word “feeble,” not to an official act. This wasn’t a bad news decision by the paper but an accurate reflection of the facts of Biden’s utter irrelevance. So, who is running the country and leading the free world? It’s a bit disingenuous of me to ask that as though this is a sudden change. Some of us have been pointing out for years that Biden was never really in charge.

Such “fiscal exposures,” as explained by the U.S. Government Accountability Office, “represent significant commitments that ultimately have to be addressed.” Thus, GAO stresses that ignoring them can “make it difficult for policymakers and the public to adequately understand the government’s overall performance and true financial condition.” Yet, that is precisely what the media does. Although the Treasury published the report in February, Google News indicates that no major media outlet has mentioned it. Meanwhile, the same outlets have frequently reported on the national debt and federal budget, which are incomplete measures of the federal government’s fiscal situation.
