Elon Musk wants federal workers to actually earn their pay:

on Saturday evening, all federal workers received an email from the Office of Personnel Management asking them to list five tasks they had accomplished last week. The email requested that employees “cc” their responses to their managers and set a compliance deadline for Monday at 11:59 p.m. EST.
